Technical Support is provided by Zebra under the following conditions:
- For mobile Computing devices and standalone Restricted Software products Technical support is available for a period of 90 days from when the instance of Software or Hardware are first shipped by Zebra or, with proof of purchase or license, from the purchase date whichever is later. For DCS hardware Products Technical support is available for the duration of the hardware warranty.
- Under a Zebra OneCare Service Contract
